The staff at LAW are second to none. Over the last several years they have taken care of all the maintenance for our SN. Now we are in the process of conducting some refurbishing. New gauges, new stereo, and steering components. Thom and John and the crew are the ones to reach out too! We will be dropping our boat back off in the coming weeks to have more work done before the season kicks off! Thanks Lake Area Watersports!!!
Hats off to the technician that resolved my engine issue. Over a year, been dealing with my 90HP Yamaha engine running rough and not idling correctly. Took boat in first to Big Boy Play Toys in East Palatka twice with same issue. Finally got frustrated with them just throwing parts at the problem. Decided to try Lake Area Watersports and "GLAD" I did. The boat runs so smooth as if it's new. THANK YOU "LAKE AREA WATERSPORTS" and your TECHNICIAN.
I have bought several boats from Lake Area Water Sports. The customer service is fantastic, friendly and professional. This is the only place I’ll buy a wake boat from. Highly recommended awesome staff.
This review is long overdue, but an emergency help (ok. Not really an emergency, but a dead battery) certainly reminded me why I keep going back to Lake area! They gave us a loaner, so we could enjoy our day on the water and they could do some diagnostics to see if we “need” a new battery yet, or just a recharge. They are always kind and give me an honest answer. Small businesses are great, because they truly put the effort into customer service. Thank you again Thom!
Since purchasing our boat a couple years ago, Lake Area Watersports is the only place we take our boat. Our most recent service needed to be done the weekend before July 4th. We had plans, as many people did, but our boat was acting up. Thom and his crew jumped right on it and got us back on water right away. I know this can’t always happen, but it’s nice knowing this group is looking out after our boat!! Thanks to all of you!!!
