I have to do a follow up on this account immediately on the Monday after this the sweet manager called me to make everything good and she was very apologetic and made things right I truly appreciate her and we will definite consider them for our next veterinarian needs! After waiting for over an hour for an 8 am appointment for the declawing and tail docking of three boxer puppies we were complete by 9:45 am and charged an outrageous amount of 327.00. They did not make me feel my dog was important. Dr. Marshall failed to read her records and even sent me home with incomplete medication.
RecommendedI tried Alpine and Tri-County in Murphy, NC. Both were ok until I had a situation with my dog and wanted to get an appointment quickly. Alpine told me, the next available date is three weeks from Thursday. Really, the dog could be dead by then! I tried Tri-County and established my dog as a new patient, had his records transferred from Alpine. All was good until another situation popped up. These guys are the worst (IMHO).
You sorry people would not open your doors at 603 for a dog that had been hit by a car you saw the people at the door and ignored them those people were my family there dog mattered just as much and you call your self caring!!!!!!!
Would not recommend this hospital to anyone who has an emergency with their dog on Saturday! I called requesting an appointment for my dog on Saturday morning to be told they were booked for the day, even after I explained that it was an emergency. Had to take my dog to Blue Ridge to emergency center where he had an overnight stay for treatment. You care about animals I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!!
