I love Lake Chatuge Animal Hospital. The first time I called them our new kitten had thrown up a worm. I was extremely freaked out as I have other cats at home. Dr. Burr and his staff was great at calming me down and reassuring me everything is ok. Since then our kitten has been in multiple times for shots and various things. After camping in the area our dog became very ill, believe one of our granddaughters gave him chocolate, we went to Lake Chatuge AH. We drove past a AH to get to this hospital and that proved to be the best move we could have made. We arrived at 7:30 AM and they took us right in even though there was other people waiting. They treated us and Duke with the utmost professionalism and had a sincere caring attitude. We picked up Duke a few hours later with some medication and by that afternoon he was recovering well. Our dog was in critical condition and needed 24 hour care. We were so pleased with the staff here. Everyday the veterinarians called to check on our pup once we got her home. They also were extremely generous when we needed to work out a payment plan for our vet bills. We have since switched to this vet because we were so happy with the quality of care they provided for us.

LCAH & their amazing staff, were compassionate and loving in caring for our dog, Milo when he had surgery yesterday for his hip. We are grateful for the tender care he received.
