Great location. Seems very secure (part of not having 24 hour access). Rates are good. Lisa is super helpful!

Now under new management. Lisa was terrific to us. Our storage units were clean and secure. The price was right. Only problem was the lighting but Lisa had a remedy for that. Would highly recommend this self storage to anyone unless they need a climate controlled locker.

Great people. I like this faculty it's a nice place seems clean good manager. Quality good.

Great place!! Yes it's run by an older couple and so their hours aren't the best but you won't find this low of pricing anywhere else! The older couple are very professional and helpful. I've been at this place for years and plan to stay there as long as I live in the area!

This place has poor policies. I reserved a storage unit for the 31, and I have been spammed called by them 4 times. Now I doubt I even want to store my things there to be honest. I think I'll look for another place.

Found rats in our stuff, the place isn't well lit, the hours to get to your stuff stinks.

JUST called Lake Forest Self Storage at 5:00PM and online it says that they are open until 5:30PM. We just moved to Lake Forest and had some extra boxes that we needed to store last minute as our moving truck needs to be turned in today. We live 5 minutes from this location. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude. First, she told me they were closing down for the day. (okay, I get that.
