Fake reviews. Notice how often the manager is mentioned by name? She won’t finish your sign up until she sees your review. In reality this place is about as bad as you could imagine. I’ve used a dozen different companies and haven’t had so many problems anywhere. Your contract will be ignored, posted hours are rough suggestions. Lisa was very helpful and thorough. She checked ID to confirm all people entering were approved. She was kind and took the time to make sure all our needs were met.
Lisa, the manager on site is the most professionally accommodating to the tenants. She has a solution for every problem to make it work smoother. I recommend this storage place to all my spheres. All because of Lisa and the clean areas.
