I would like to give Lisa the recognition she truly deserves as manager of the Lake Forest Self Storage. I have been using the storage facility since its inception many many years ago, and under its new ownership they have done an outstanding job of hiring Lisa as the manager. This place has been great! Lisa has been superb, she’s been helpful, very communicative and helped throughout the entire stay. She helped guide us through tough times and helped us navigate through keeping and getting our balance current.
I arrived past 5 o’clock and Lisa helped me anyway in spite of her potentially getting in trouble. She was great, white glove service, and absolutely wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this place.
