RecommendedI had emergency Friday night. My furnace quit.I called LMM and Nigel came over. My furnace couldn't be fixed. We scheduled today for an installation and they supplied me witb space heaters. The installation went smoothly and even my frantic calls were answered with a consoling voice. I highly recommend this company and Nigel and Mary Claire for your team to ease your mind on repairs. I'm an older woman and these two were very respectable!

They covered the work area to make sure dust didn’t get upstairs while breaking the concrete. Cleaned up afterwards. And checked with me every step of the way. Top notch.

RecommendedWe received 3 quotes to replace our AC. LMM not only came in with a great price but they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure our whole heating and cooling system worked at top performance. Mary Claire was here for close to 8 hours hard at work and make sure their was room for my kids to watch if they wanted!! Best part the got us in THE NEXT DAY when we called!

RecommendedI needed a plumbing line blockage taken care of and tried a number of different places but no one could do it till the next day unless paying an emergency fee, which was understandable but I wanted to avoid. Lake Michigan Mechanical was not only able to fit me in within a couple hours after my call, but they did an outstanding job and were great from the communication through telling me why the issue happened and how to fix it.

So thankful for the hard work and professionalism of Nigel, Daniel, and Eli who replaced my old boiler heating system and water heater with a new, efficient combined boiler/tankless water heater. They worked long hours, and accommodated the times with my availability. I appreciated the financing option as well, and that process was done with equally positive customer service.
