The services guys are great! However, we believed in their recommendation for an efficiency furnace, purchase it on their recommendation. It's been a money pit ever since. LOPHC admitted to it's poor design, yet, we continue to pay to get it fixed every year. Here we go again, $600 for a part.👎
My WWII vet dad had them out. They charged $175 and it did NOT fix the problem. He tried to get them to come back and they wouldn't even talk to him except to say "no guarantees". Not even for an additional fee. Roto Rooter came out & found the problem immediately.
