Was having issues with my AC called them because their sticker was on the unit. Guy shows up looks at everything for no more than 10 minutes changes the filter and says I should be all set, was charged $160. The same day I am still having issues so call back the next day and then had to wait through the weekend for the same guy to come back, look at it very shortly again and say there’s a new issue since he changed the filter but they can’t/wont touch or fix it and to call someone else. Complete waste of time and money.

HORRENDOUS! Lied to me for 2 weeks, 4 separate times on the phone that part was ordered then denied anyone told me that. Made up a story I wouldn’t agree to their “no responsibility for damage” policy servicing my dishwasher. All I said was “if you don’t put something down to protect my wood floor when you pull it out, that’s on you. The services guys are great! However, we believed in their recommendation for an efficiency furnace, purchase it on their recommendation. It's been a money pit ever since. LOPHC admitted to it's poor design, yet, we continue to pay to get it fixed every year. Here we go again, $600 for a part.👎

My WWII vet dad had them out. They charged $175 and it did NOT fix the problem. He tried to get them to come back and they wouldn't even talk to him except to say "no guarantees". Not even for an additional fee. Roto Rooter came out & found the problem immediately.
