As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. The office itself is warm and welcoming. The staff are helpful, going so far as to call me when openings came up sooner than the appointment I had scheduled. Dr. Graham came out to personally welcome me to the practice and learn a little about me. Jill was thorough in her intake assessment. The entire staff is so welcoming, helpful and efficient. Going to the dentist isn't the most fun thing to do with your time, so they make every other part of the experience wonderful- the space, free drinks, even pandora on noise-cancelling headphones!
The only bad thing about my experience was having to look at the hairs on my upper lip when the amazing hygienist was explaining the super cool up close picture she took of my teeth! Everyone was great! Take care of your teeth, people- and get them cleaned at Lake Park Dental!
