I just wanted to say thank you to Jaymie and the rest of the staff there. We had a little problem with my mother's appointment earlier this week and she just helped us work through it so we didn't have to reschedule. She was so nice to give us more time to let Mom wake up by moving to another room for her next appointment. I so appreciate how wonderful everyone there has been helping me with my mother. It is comforting to have kind people to help deal with her dementia.
I was greeted by Rachel who was so very kind and professional. She has a amazing way with people making them comfortable right away. Their timing was right on schedule. I was a little slow at filling out my paperwork and Rachel came to check on me because they were ready. Again, such kindness. My visit to Dr.McAnaney office was a very pleasant experience . Everyone was so attentive,& made sure that all my questions were answered.
