As always, the staff were courteous and friendly. I was called for my appointment quickly, and the work was done professionally. And it was good news--no cavities!
Everything was great except for one thing. The last two times I have been there the glasses they put on me had spatter on them and looked like they had not been cleaned. I would like for them to be clean with nothing left on them from the patients before me. It looks like to me if they are not cleaning the glasses, how well is the rest of the equipment cleaned? I am paying a premium price for your services, I expect everything including the glasses to be clean.
FROM THE TIME CAME IN THE FIRST TIME. I WAS ALWAYS TREATED REALLY NICE. THEY ALWAYS ASKED ME IF I AM OK, ALWAYS LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO NEXT.I THOUGHT I WOULD BE IN PAIN AFTER THE PROCEDURE SO I WAS GIVEN SOMETHING FOR THIS AND ONLY USED ONE BECAUSE I FELT NO PAIN LATER. I KNEW I HAD MADE THE RIGHT CHOSE IN GOING TO LAKE TEXOMA DENTAL.
I think the dental staff needs to look at the overall results of their patients. The before pictures vs the after: look at the confidence, pride, joy in the eyes and faces in the after pictures, not just the teeth, which always look great. The difference a great set of teeth makes to someone that has been self conscious about their teeth, that is your success story. Thanks, great job!
