I don't think I would say I hated it. However, my husband and I went there today with our daughter for a pre-scheduled 4pm appointment and found that they were closed. I understand it is by appointment only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but the fact of the matter is I scheduled this 4p appointment on thus day weeks ago. So I took off work early to have my time wasted prooves to be quite frustrating.
