I loved this place, I don't think I ever said that of a dentist place before! From the moment I got the call to reconfirm all my info for the appointment to the end... the call was great, super nice lady, and she said she would call me back to let me know of any costs not covered by insurance in advance and she did!! We're here from Virginia, and needed to have our semiannual cleanings, and found the practice online. It turned out that I had a badly cracked tooth that required extraction. The entire staff (including the dentist) were kind, compassionate, and very professional. We plan to make a move to Florida and certainly will use this place for our dental care needs.
The staff at Lakeland Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry were professional, friendly, and accommodating. They provided a clear diagnosis, listened to my concerns, and developed a customized treatment plan that met my needs.
This new office in Lakeland Fl has all the new high tech stuff very fast and very great service would recommend 10/10
Brand new office with high end technology! They get you in right away and amazing at figuring out the problem and helping you deal with it! Referred my family here for some crowns and implants! What an amazing experience!! I will keep this updated each visit!
Called to get an estimate for a 3 tooth bridge over my implants. I told the receptionist over the phone to check and see if they are in my HMO network, she came back on the phone saying yes, we are in network. I get there, ( 40 min away, ) assuming I will be covered since I have 2 free visits er year, and after my treatment plan, I was told I have to pay $99.
