I collected Titan's (my cats) ashes today. The ladies at the vets office are amazing and kind. Not only did they send a sympathy card that was personalized with statements about him, when I got the ashes they were in a pretty tin and they had taken a plaster paw print before the cremation for me.. without even asking! Such a wonderful experience and so sympathetic to what people go through after losing a pet. As long as they have their doors open I will bring them all my pets. Dr Greathouse and Dr Bartlett went above and beyond to help my dog. She had an autoimmune disorder and they worked very closely with me. I am forever grateful to them and the caring staff! <3
