only go to this vet IF you want to be treated unprofessionally, belittled, and not treated as a valued person. This is coming from a person who has worked as a Veterinary assistant for over 10 years and has owned my own business for almost 20 years! I have Never been so talked down to and outright bantered at a vet clinic... Dr. Durall you need to learn some consideration and kindness and do NOT speak rudely to your clients HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience!! DO NOT use this vet!
When you're an established patient, you would expect your vet to at least TRY to help you in an emergency. They showed zero compassion whatsoever. The office that got us in had never seen us before and was in another town. They called with a prescription refill for our pets (so we wouldn't have to drive back there), and Lakeview refused to even fill it. I'll be collecting the records for ALL 4 of our pets, and Lakeview will not see another penny of our money.

I called to get my puppy in for medication. (I already had her test results) they told me they would have the vet dr call me to see if I needed to come in. She called me the next day and scheduled an appointment. I was charged $53 just for the vet dr to call me and schedule the appt. 😑. This does not include the actual exam cost and medication cost. I would definietly not recommend this vet
My Dog got sick in the middle of this mess our country is in I took her in and after they told me she had a massive lump in her belly . they told me they could test it to see Cost $400 + then if she was able to have surgery it would Cost $1,400+ I'm not working so no extra money they gave me some meds to help her eat & for nausea but nothing for pain they were very sympathetic while I'm crying my eyes out I have had Zoey for 12 years she has saved my life more than once she has helped me thru the worst time in my life s... read more

Just don’t do it. We started with one sick(now deceased cat) and now we have three super sick cats thanks to them!! They checked a new kitten we got diseases when we first got him and said he was fine to be around the other cats . Not to mention they told us, “we’ll take care of it “ when we tried to pay after dropping off our dead cat. When I went to pick her up they charged me 177 dollars.
Ordered a years worth of heartworm meds on the phone prior to appointment. Forgot to ask for meds when leaving appointment-another dog was barking at my dog in waiting area. Clinic claims I received the meds & now I'm out $90+!
