Terrible dental practice. Dr Fetters is a disgrace and have reported her to the NJ State board. Unprofessional, bottom-line focused, a disgrace to the profession. On a positive note, the practice team of hygienists and administrative team are very helpful and professional.

Worst service ever today! Told insurance was accepted and then after cleaning office error now you owe $160! Then told by manager stating due to accounting error is 2020 I owe $208 more! Yeah right!

I called on Saturday morning for an emergency appointment for my 2 year old daughter. The woman I spoke to happily made my appointment for 3 hours later when in reality she should have told me that the hygienist has no patience for small children who are hurting & scared, and that I would just be wasting my time and money by coming to this appointment. I have been a patient at this practice since the 1980s, long before Dr. Forte arrived. I have always had wonderful care and communication. However, the communication has deteriorated markedly and it is impossible for me to get a call back for any concern or problem, even for pain after dental cleaning. I have gotten excuse after excuse with no resolution. I even received an email saying that I had an outstanding balance of over $500, which I am told did not come from them and was a computer glitch. I was seen for an emergency visit today for a cracked tooth. The dentist I saw was ready to start treatment on my tooth until I decided that I was not prepared financially to start a root canal or get a bone graft with an extraction. At this time, I could only afford an extraction and once I decided that, suddenly there was no time to complete the work. I left work at a local ER to try to get help and I am still in pain and nothing done to help as far as starting treatment. This is no way to “treat” a patient. I do not recom... read more

As a working mother juggling multiple schedules I was so grateful to find a new practice in the neighborhood that had a range of hours and the convenience of scheduling appointments online. It’s always a challenge to accommodate school, activities and my schedule and this feature is so helpful.
