Very horrible experience gets worse every year when Dr. Forte bought the business he was really good but after years of expanding new offices, doesn’t care about the customers because I didn’t answer a text within. I don’t know a day or so. My appointment was for two days later I answered the text and they already deleted my appointment and then they tell me what maybe you shouldn’t even come in because we’re staff. I wouldn’t recommend this dental office to my worst enemy. They are financially motivated and that’s it. They are not standing by anything they told my husband, when i questioned why this information isn’t documented somewhere I was told by someone named Carly “they don’t do that, you weren’t at the appointment and neither was I”. If someone is coming to your office complaining of pain for a procedure that you did, don’t you think you would do an x-ray to determine the root cause of that issue? This is the second time someone in my family has had work done that has had to be sent back out to the lab multiple times to get something right. Most recently dentures that we were told would take 3-4 visits are now on our 8th visit and 6 month later, still no teeth. Wrong color, not lined up properly etc, 2-3 week wait in between each visit. 1st time was a cap that had to be redone 5 times because the lab couldn’t get the color matched.
