This is the most caring & understanding dentist office I have been to. If you are nervous about the dentist this is the place to go. Melissa, Jenn & Dr. Scott are amazing and the ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and helpful.

I would definitely recommend This office. Their staff is great and so friendly they are always there to help with a smile. From the time you walk in until the time you leave they make you feel special.

Had a scheduled appointment, completed my paperwork online, arrived 20 minutes early, and was told because I did not text back to “C” to confirm my appointment, that I would have to wait 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment to be seen! Absolutely crazy! I have always arrived early to previous appointments and never missed a scheduled appointment. Every step of my journey to getting permanent dentures has been nothing but misinformation and delays and once I have my dentures I'm never using this place again. I have had no upper teeth since October 2025 and they keep delaying my dentures. During my teeth extractions my fiance heard staff members talking about my teeth. During the extractions the numbing wore off and the doctor said he couldn't numb me or the bone graphs would fail. The most pain i ever been in. I felt every suture. called because my husband had a bad tooth ache and it was loose. we saw the dentist today spent literally 2 minutes with my husband said come back in a week for a cleaning. Told him he needed all these items done. we were so upset we called another office. the other dentist did a full xray of his mouth and found he had a infection under the bad tooth. he got it pulled and put on antibiotics! i personally know someone who had an infected tooth and went to their blood stream and was hospitalized for it. all this office was con... read more

Was told by Sarah when I made my appointment she would check my insurance and let me know what my out of pocket was. When I went for my appointment she told me she would do the same thing the next day. When I called back days later, she told me she’s not the only one that does that, could have been another person. This was my first n last time going there, strictly due to lack of professional customer service at the front desk.
