Top caliber from start to finsh.....! I feel the reminder text and emails was very helpful from the system they use. I walked into the office and it was nothing but people being kind and polite. The dentist isn't a favorite destination for most of us, but I even felt the actual dental assistant to the owner (Dentist) that were involved in making my vist a relaxing in how they went through their procedures....Again, top notch!!
The best place for my dental clinic. All staff are great with the doctor too. Very friendly Keep it up.
My appt was @ 9:30am and was not called back until 9:45😕 for my teeth cleaning ,Other than having to wait my experience was good. I like Kathy my hygienist and Dr Carrell👍
Natalie the DH is very friendly and gentle. She does a good job at cleaning and doesn't make you feel terrible about not flossing.
I appreciate the numbing agent used on my sensitive teeth while cleaning.
Dr. Carrell and his staff are very professional, friendly, and so accommodating. The office has a "hometown" feel to it. Would definitely recommend.
