Great Purchase Experience! I was very apprehensive when I went shopping for a second hand car for the first time. I had heard horror stories from friends and family about pushy sales people and getting lemons from other dealerships, but I hadn’t heard anything negative about Lakewood, so I started there. Excellent Work I have dealt with Lakewood Chevrolet for a few years now. The past few years my dealings were mainly with the service department. I had an older model Chevy and my service bill was creeping up there. Got to a point where it would benefit me to just trade my old car in for a newer model. Really enjoyed my new car buying experience! This is the most honest dealership we have ever dealt with. There was no high sales pressure or pitch from the salesmen. This is the first dealership that showed me what I wanted and the price range I could afford. This truly is a full service dealership. They even registered the car me. Very helpful and friendly customer service. This is my first time shopping for a used car at Lakewood Chevrolet; and I must admit that I found that it was the most helpful and friendly dealership that I have ever dealt with. I felt everything wasn't forced. Everything was outstanding. I feel that I found a great truck, and that my dealer was a personable yet respectable since nothing was put in a was put onto me in a negative way (as if he was only trying to get me to buy). Instead seemed like he just wanted to find the truck right for me. Good service and nice people.

All what I asked for in one place I have been dealing with Lakewood Chevrolet for more then 4 years, It is my third car from that place, I had great experience with all of the team especial Dan Bass and Manita. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and provided me with all the information I needed to choose the right car. Good and Reliable Service After having had my truck serviced and repaired at a GM dealership that relocated to another area, I chose Lakewood as it was more conveniently located. My first visit was very positive, based on firstly the friendliness of the service representative, Erika Hygard, and also the business-like approach of the general service area. They have been reliable in their work and fair in their dealings in my many visits since then.

Lakewood is the ONLY Chev dealer for Me! I have been dealing with Lakewood for almost 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about their sales and service departments. I have always been treated very well and believe I am treated honestly and fairly. Everyone from the front door and phone reception through to their very caring shuttle driver are very friendly and customer service is obviously their number one priority. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
