We had good experiences at Lakewood chev in the past. We had to return after our last oil change to get our speed and temperature back to metric and Celsius, an oversight by the tech.

Brought my 2005 gmc jimmy to get a heating problem repaired. Jamie was the service advisor that took care of this problem and she went beyond what i would have expected anyone else to do. An extremely customer orientated employee and i have no hesitation recommending anyone to take their vehicle to her for attention
