The most UNPLEASANT experience ever. Unlike most bad experiences, this wasn’t due to unsatisfied service. The manner in which the doctor spoke to these woman who were assisting him was the issue. I have had nothing but a terrible experience with this surgeon. If the procedure itself wasn’t terrible enough, his personality will ruin everything else. I have never been spoken to so rudely as a patient my entire life. I work as a nurse, and he accused me of lying about that. Accused me of refusing to come to appointments. I have gone there before and they were great but I'm trying to call again to schedule another appointment and it keep going straight to a voicemail when is says you opened at 8 am and it 9:42 am like wth.

If I could give 0 stars you'd get it. Like canceling on an appointment at 8pm the day before? Tooth broken in half nerve exposed a wisdom tooth infected. I made an appointment took a day off work no pay and you cancel at 8pm the day before. Thanks will never return to you again. And I will make sure everyone knows how you canceled at 8pm. Now I'm out of work for a day no pay and still in pain and have to take another day off to get this done will not be thru this company every again. My flight (and over 20 other flights) were cancelled due to low/poor visibility caused by the fires in California that have destroyed over 170,000 acres.
