We have used LLR for multiple transactions (2 sales and a purchase), prior to that my husband and I had used a few other agents for purchases and attempted sales over the years. I can tell you that should we move back to Washington, there is no one else we will use. LLR offers it all, excellent marketing and communication, strong negotiations, a wealth of knowledge and fun personalities to keep a stressful situation light. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
