When I ordered on line they rejected the discount coupon that I tried to use. A discount coupon that Lambert offered me to use (they sent me an email with that)when I ordered online .

I ordered 20 brackets, but only 17 were available. The customer service lady was quick to contact me to tell me the discrepancy, which is appreciated. 4 stars due to web site not catching up with actual inventory count. Customer service was good.

Quick shipping. Items were hand-packed. The bottom portions of rubber stoppers (that would be embedded in bottle necks) were not cleanly cut; there were frays & residual material from production. I cut this off w manicure scissors but obviously a quality inspection was not done by someone.

I went back and checked our inventory and did find that almost all of the rubber stoppers do have a bit of fray on them. That is how we receive them from the manufacturer.
