Great customer service. I needed a new Rx for my dog. Lambert followed up with me with a few questions and then contacted my vet directly. The Rx was at my door a few days later.
Shipping is very good and quick. My only problem is it seems to be impossible to send anything back, because i can't get to the order to make a return request.
I was notified promptly of my vets refusal to sign script due to I had not had recent test done for heartworm. I got my dog in and tested but they had lost the fax from Lamberts. I left a message and they promptly sent another fax for script. I was signed and meds to me in a very timely manner. Have always had great service.
Website is easy to navigate and ordering is super easy with medications that need Vet approval. Shipping is SUPER fast!! I ordered on a Friday and had the medications by Monday! So happy to have found Lambert Vet Supply!
