I ordered thyroid medication for my dog from Lambert Vet Supply. Lois from customer service went above and beyond to call my vet, get the prescription, and make sure my order was correct so that it shipped out to me in a timely fashion. I've used other pet prescription mail order companies, but Lambert Vet Supply was the most organized and seemed to care the most about me and my dog! Thank you so much!!!!

Lambert has items not available at other animal websites, for example I buy Oxbow Critical Care from them. They process and ship quickly. Never had a problem.
Placed my order on a Thursday, did not expect it till the following week. It came in that Saturday. Love the Andis 2 speed ultra edge clippers. They are light weight, easy to work with and best of all they have so much less vibration and noise than my Oster. I have been able to groom my terrified rescue yorkies with less struggle. The bravMini + is great. Little to no vibration or noise. First time I've been able to use clippers on the face of one of the yorkies in the 3 years I've had her.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Shelly went above and beyond. Because of her I was able to get my dogs first vial is percorten v in time for her needed injection. My dog Bella went into an Addison’s crisis last month and I came perilously close to losing her. She was diagnosed with Addison’s disease and now needs an injection of percorten v monthly to survive.
