Ruth provided us with excellent guidance in the selection of a lamp that suited our needs. Though she wasn't a sales associate, she went above and beyond for us. Would definitely came back to this store thanks to her. Mitchel ringed us up and was very friendly as well.

Alicia was exceptionally helpful with our purchase yesterday of a ceiling lamp. When my wife and I got it home, we found it to be too large for the small bedroom. Today I exchanged it in the store with absolute ease, aided smoothly by Dustin.
Nicholas was excellent to work with from the moment we arrived. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He was non pressuring, and even worked with the installer to speed up the installation for a special occasion so that we would have our chandelier ready for the celebration. With todays typical slack in service, it was so nice to actually feel as though the customer comes first, and hands on approach is alive and well at this location.
