Moises the manager has been a great help getting our fans ordered! Sorry we disliked the first ones we ordered, but it was not a problem for him to let us return them within the stated return policy and pick out new ones. 😊 Fyi people, they can order a lot of what you see on line even if it's not in the show room! Awful service. I placed an order for two lamps on 9/25/18, it was expected in 6 to 8 weeks. I’m about to host Christmas with missing lights. In a desperate move, I agreed to pick up two replacements at the local store, the boxes were open. Got home and the lights didn’t match. I wanted to cancel the order and get lamps from a more responsible source and they threatened me with a 20% fee. There has been no communication from the store. Awesome store. Representatives are super helpful and very patient. One of the representatives spent almost 2 hours searching for the product we needed. At the end we found it but we didn't want to buy till we saw it working. They agreed to our request and ordered it in few weeks to their store. Then they showed us the working lights. Lots of selection but for all the visits I've made there (approximately five or so), I've never made a purchase. A lot of the floor display seems dedicated to artistic/decorative lights and lamps, so if you are looking for more basic functionality lighting, it may be more of a challenge to find something that interests you. But if decorative lighting is what you seek, this store is probably a good choice to check out. It's also close to Hwy 85 and has decent parking, so accessibility is not an issue.
We went looking for lighting after we had visited a local light shop looking for unique lighting. Being a local shop the prices were up there just a little so we wanted to see if Lamps Plus had anything comparable in their showroom. I was rather disappointed. There was an abundance of crystal chandeliers (all that sparkle was so pretty) but when it came to finding somewhat unique lighting fixtures for our living room we were pretty disappointed at the lack of variety.
