Michelle worked with my wife for several weeks trying to find a home. Our closing proved to be a very challenging one. My credit is less than perfect, and an extraordinary amount of documentation was required. Michelle was in touch throughout the process and even offered to use some of the money from her own commission to try to help my wife and I close. It was really nice working with Laura. She provided her expertise and opinions but I did not feel forced to make decisions quickly. She was really professional and respectful of my preferences even if they didn't align with her recommendations. She was proactive in negotiations and in the end she helped me find the home I had been searching for. She was really easy going and accommodating, and I would recommend her to anyone else.
