No one returns calls nor makes an effort to help in person. They are supposed to bridge the gap for medication if you don't have a PCP. NOT SO!!?
The nurse practitioner was very helpful. She got extra help from other ppl in getting my care started right away. The team consisted of a total of 3 ppl. It was very good. Thank you for the care I received. Julli Walter
It was very convenient having the nurse come to my home instead of me getting to an urgent care. I called in the afternoon and they came the very next day. The nurse was on time, very efficient and nice too. I liked the way that the doctor joined us for face time and it was a very coordinated care session. We all agreed on the treatment plan. I'm glad I decided to give Landmark a try.
Katie was extremely professional but friendly and efficient. Look forward to seeing her again on the next visit.
Rocco was not as tense as at our first meeting. Both meetings taking place at my home. Yes, I was relaxed at home. She brought along an office manager, or maybe she is an assistant information gatherer inside the office, named "Dawn." This seemed appropriate, Landmark taking me on as a new "patient."
