5 on all counts. This is an unbelievably great place for seniors and me. I've lived in several years like this. This place is the gold standard in every way. I'm very happy here. I'm getting a great deal of value for money. The staff is very well trained. I've eaten in some fabulous places in the big cities. Our meals are beyond excellent. Dishes are very well presented. I can't say enough about the entire staff they are wonderful! The food has been really good and the servers are like family. Meeting new people starting a new life! All the staff are very attentive to residence needs. Made the right choice moving here.

I was impressed with lunch at Landon Ridge Plus features: Once a week cleaning service 2 out of 3 meals per day 3rd =$13 dollars A friendly staff and community A variety of activities A lounge Rec room I personally rate Landon an A

They need to install cameras in the hallways. The chef is great, servers quite efficient, most residents friendly. The programs fun. Beware theft. I had $[removed] loss from my apartment & management didn't feel responsible, even though they had checked out the key & not made sure it was checked back in. That's why I moved. Make sure you get insurance & also install cameras.

Front desk person made the best impression, with a positive uplifting interpersonal skills. Sales person receptive to hear my reasoning over certain price range addressing my personal present and projected needs. The facility was clean, the environment perceived as very friendly. My questioned were answered to the fullest but one in terms of mileage ratio on transportation. The facility is relatively new and I good repair. The facility is purpose built as a independent living community not a repurposed apartment building. The food service is good and plentiful. The food choices vary and include choices for a variety of tastes. There are multiple activities available and the staff schedules events to bring the residents together.

The food is great because we have a wonderful chef . The servers are quick and very polite . The concierge is on top of everything and a very pleasant person . Management is efficient . Maintenance staff are quick to respond and very competent . The residents seem very happy and friendly . The hallways , the apartments are cleaned constantly .
