Service technician was a super nice guy who was patient and explained everything. Gave us multiple options to choose from to address the issues. Will be having them back in the spring to tackle a basement trap removal project. The customer service is also very good - they updated you on their arrival times instead of leaving you hanging and called you back (a basic business function which sorely lacks at other places). They also e-mailed me a copy of the invoice and quotes right away.
Excellent Service! I had a new HVAC and water heater installed and they were very responsive to my calls and any questions I had. Very friendly and courteous professionals. They got the job done quickly and correctly. Highly recommended.

We needed our bathroom faucet fixed and also a new electric water heater installed. They did a good job thru the whole process, from setting up an appointment, texting me when they were on the way and even providing a picture of the plumber who would be taking care of the job. Our plumber, Ryder, was informative on our options and costs for the job and easy to talk to. My daughter had them do work for her and recommended them to me. I too would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Have had nothing but excellent service from Landry Mechanical. They are prompt, courteous, communication is great. Have had terrible experiences when I go elsewhere and always regret doing so. Won't be making that mistake again.
Our former HVAC service went out of business, so I found Landry Mechanical on the BBB website. I was able to book an appointment for my Winter check up quickly and was provided the pricing per hour up front so there were no surprises. Ken arrived on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Pricing was fair and competitive. I would recommend them!
