Dr. Header is not my primary phycian. However Dr. Heder is the only other physcian I will see when my primary phycian is not in office. Dr. Heder is extremely compassionate and understanding. He explains conditions and different therapies as well as medications extremely well. I see him mainly for mental and phycial health. He always has your long term health in mind and is very easy to talk to. He has seen me through my very difficult times and regular check ups and I always feel his compassion

After falling down the stairs I felt like I might have broken my foot. Check in was very pleasant however once I got to my room my nurse said that he thinks I was just being dramatic and probably just twisted my ankle. Then they let me wander through the clinic trying to find xray by myself. All while limping around. Doctor came in and kept saying I don’t know, he was unsure wasn’t giving me a straight answer. No confidence what so ever. Turns out I had fractured my foot.

I have been seeing Dr. Heder for several years. However, no more. His office is unwilling to deal reasonably with patients. I was nearly out of my routine medications and I tried to refill them. The refills were denied because I haven't been in for the past year. II only have a week's worth of medication left but due to my work schedule I am unable to come in for about three weeks.
