Absolutely the best Dental practice I’ve ever been to. It was actually fun. I get to go back next week. See you all soon.
My son had two extractions done by Dr Will Lane. It was a wonderful experience and the staff made my son feel completely comfortable. My son actually said that Dr Will was “awesomeness” (I’m sure the ice cream he gave him on the way out helped 😊).
My daughter has had multiple surgeries with Dr Lane. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We hope we won’t be returning but if need be we will be in competent hands.
Dr. Lane and his staff were amazing! I went in to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed and was met with such kind nurses who helped make the process so easy! The whole thing was completed quickly and I was home before I knew it. Dr. Kane explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. Post op instructions were clear and I even got a pint of delicious ice cream!
Loved every they where so friendly
I went to see Dr. Lane thinking I needed an implant. After X-rays and examination, he told me I could get the implant but I should check with my dentist because he thought I just needed a crown. His opinion was honest and correct. Dr. Lane and his staff were very polite and professional. I was one of the first patients in his office after it reopened from Covid-19. I felt very safe with precautions that the staff used.
They got my daughter in for surgery promptly and Dr Lane does great work/ lost a star because they forgot to review post op procedures with us and sent us off without post op instructions. I assumed they were in the bag they gave us but were not.
My complaint (which I called Lane's office about) was that I was told before arriving that the cost of an extraction less the $46 my ins. paid would be $654. I arrived and paid and was told by Dawn, that if my ins. paid more, I would be refunded. Three weeks later I get a bill for $54, I called to find out why as I could see that they charged "more" than originally stated and my ins. paid "more" ($108).
