I represented the sellers in the deal we worked with Lane. The buyers initially used a bank as their lender and the financing wasn't approved after several weeks into the deal. It was after the 21 days for financing approval. Lane came in and hit the ground running. We had underwriting approval within a few days. He and his team did an outstanding job and communicated well. We closed 1 day after the contracted close date, only because another appraisal was required.
