Don't like the pre-pay set-up of estimated costs. Also, insurance billing is termed on your paperwork as a courtesy not part of your job. I pay premiums and doctor fees which should be the extent of my involvement in the insurance billing process.
The entire staff are dedicated to excellent customer service and always make you feel very comfortable at all my appointments
