I transferred all my dental requirement to this center more than ten year ago, and for many years trusted services to Elaine & Paul. The last few times I was there it became a requirement to have X-rays, which after loosing a friend to Brain cancer, I became cautious of using the phone directly to my head, using the microwave, and having x-rays done in my mouth, particularity since there were no changes in my dental health. Totally unprofessional, information regarding my visit was talked about to other staff members and leaked out of the office. Will definitely be leaving and taking my business elsewhere

It is unfortunate that this dentist office cares more about money than the well being of the patient. I have insurance and paid what they told me to pay only for myself to get a bill months later and now am told they wont accept me as a patient even though i was willing to pay the amount owed. With COVID-19 going on you would have thought that there better understanding but i stand firm and truly believe that they are wrong when they say they care about their patients it is proven they only care about the income coming in ... read more

The hygienist was completely rude cut me Down for tobacco use. Told me my teeth were gross and I need to think about what people have to say about them when I smile. Oh and not to mention she told me if I don’t go back to college I will not succeed in life. Needless to say today was my last visit I’m going else where.
