Office staff is always pleasant and helpful: kind is the word that best describes it. (Teach the new bees to be sincere.) My hygienist is very good at cleaning my teeth and answering my questions about mouth care. The conversation is always lively! (I so appreciate how the office is clean—everywhere clean!) Dr S is always kind and professional. Because of the shape of the room, it is hard to have eye contact. But the sincerity is heard.
Great service great care friendly staff!
My first time at Lapeer dental and I thought the staff was really nice. My hygienist Megan was patient with me cause my back was hurting and made sure I was as comfortable as possible and she has a gentle touch with her cleaning instruments. She is a great hygienist!
Dr Mutch and Jenny were very patient and kind! Dr Mutch recemented my crown after it popped off in the office. It feels great now.
The kindness and their ability to understand my problems made my visit one that I will never forget and will gladly go back to for all my future work. Paul and his staff truly cares about the people that walk through the door. Tyvm for the best experience a person with my issues could ever hope for. Respectfully Jeff

Appointment was timely. Dental assistant was professional and friendly. Exactly what you look for in a dental office. The doctor conducted his exam in a timely fashion.
