For the usual dry cleaning, I like the convenience of 24/7 drop off and pick up. My husband dropped 3 of my dresses off and I would get a message of when I can pick it up. Like clock work, I got a text message notifying me that my items were ready for pickup. The pickup process was easy to follow. I hope their price will stay competitive and not raised too fast since they invested in automation. The dry cleaning was great as usual. But this time around I dropped off a suit mostly for the zipper repair on my pants as well as a dry cleaning. Zipper repair is advertised on their website but I was contacted later saying that the service was unavailable at the Bellevue Tn location. If it is unavailable it needs to be taken off the website…

It was my first time at this location. There’s no salesperson to greet you. The process is easy and everything is done through the kiosk. My shirts were ready in two days as promised. Be very detailed and indicate your request in the notes section.

Had my feather bed comforter and a dress dry cleaned here for the first time. The access to get the clothing and drop off was super easy and the communication when they were done by text. I was able to pick it up at my earliest convenience.

I love the fact that Lapels has a self-serve kiosk that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so that customers can drop off items for dry cleaning (& pick them up when ready) on their own schedules. That is incredibly convenient & makes drop-off & pickup much less of a hassle than other dry cleaners! My dry cleaning was also ready a day earlier than I was originally promised, which was a nice surprise.
