I've been consistently impressed with the service at Lapels Dry Cleaning! The attention to detail in their cleaning and pressing is top-notch they have great friendly service- they always greet me with smiles, My favorite is the older Lady there at Berewick. I had a great experience overall. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The only issue I ran into was with the promotion. They were offering 25% off for first-time customers, but I think it would be helpful to clearly let customers know that since the pickup takes about three to four days to return, the promotion might expire before the order is completed—making them ineligible for the discount.

Today I had the pleasure of retrieving my item from the dry cleaners in the Berewick Commons community. I had a very good experience dropping off my item and picking it up. It only took 3 three days and my item was ready for pickup. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will use them in the future.

Very friendly staff. Though the staff was friendly and engaging, the pricing for the service provided is why I only gave 3 stars. 13 items laundered, took 3 days, and my bill was $115. My jeans weren’t pressed, they were washed, dried and hung on a hanger. I’m new to the Charlotte area, so take my review with a grain of salt. This may be normal for this area. Overall, a solid experience. The prices were on par with other local dry cleaners, and the staff was friendly and polite. There was a bit of a delay with our order, and we weren’t given a new estimated pickup time, which was slightly inconvenient. Fortunately, we weren’t in a rush for the items, so it wasn’t a major issue. Still, a heads-up would’ve been appreciated. Would consider using them again.
