Dissatisfied Took a black blazer and a chinese style shirt (sensitive material) and neither was especially dirty but just had an odor to it and I wanted them cleaned. Got them back, still smelled and were pretty much in the same condition. People were nice but I paid for nothing (bill was about $16). Won't go back. Maybe I should have mentioned what I wanted them to do (i.e. get out the odor) but I thought that's what they did....
Worst drycleaner I have ever used I used to go to Zoots all the time and was satisfied. Seems that there is new ownership or mgmt, but is now AWFUL. I dropped off two brand new expensive dresses, both worn once. When I dropped them off, I told them that they were expensive, so they noted special finish on the service ticket. Well, when I got them back, one had partially shrunk (it was a dress with a sheer fabric overlay).
