On the morning of December 1, 2025, I went to pick up my order for a trouser alteration at your Lapels Dry Cleaning branch - Brick NJ-001. After confirming that the order was ready, I was asked to pay immediately. Lost one of the items I brought in for cleaning. Manager promised to replace. Once provided needed details no longer responding to follow-up.
We dropped my husband's suit pants at Walton Way Ext location on July 11th. A week later, I received a text that they were ready for pick up. I was given a women's pair of white pants. After a first attempt, our redone clothes cleaned at Lapels on Waterloo Road in Edmond, Oklahoma were returned wet and wrinkled. Refund was requested and denied by owner. I wound not do business at this Lapels Dry Cleaning again. Staff was pleasant, though, and only the messenger from the owner.
Lapel’s in Brick, NJ damaged a men’s dress shirt of ours. That was over 3 months ago. They said that they would reimburse us a small amount for a Butgatti button up and have not. We have called the Brick location multiple times inquiring about our settlement. Not only have they not provided reimbursement for the damage you kept the shirt. We would like you to keep your word and provide the $50 you promised us for ruining a $150 shirt.
the store in Brick has a jerk of a manager... went into the store with a slip from when I dropped my shoes off for repair the woman said it would cost $16. then go in to pick them up and the man says $25 .. i have the slip it says $16.... she didn't know what she was doing. the correct cost is $25... the guy is a jerk ... honor your employees mistake dont rip off a customer
you could read the label inside the blouse that says don't iron the beaded embroidery- you got out the stain but ruined the blouse forever- you've lost my business forever as well
