I have liked Dr. Falcon but after waiting 40 minutes over my appt time and fixing out that two patients were ahead if me and had been waiting an hour and 40 minutes I decided to choose another doctor where I won't have to wait so long. Waiting at least 30 minutes past mt appt time is the norm.
