I was seeking to change the vet clinic I was previously taking my dog to and decided on LAC. The staff and vets are very professional and their approach in handling our pets and communicating with us during a pandemic is amazing. My overall first experience with them was great and I would encourage anybody to check them out.
They are very friendly and helpful. I had to change vets in the middle of treatment and they were awesome. They got her records from her other vet and started where they left off. They called me after treatment to give me an update and answered my questions with a smile. They’re great.
Always excellent service given to my self and my EB’s and they even know them by name , that tells me they care ❤️
Absolutely wonderful people. Been going there for four years and have never considered considered changing vets. I love Dr. A and the staff there. Rock STARS!!
Been to other clinics before and have not had the attention and caring attitude/drive that everyone has here. I do appreciate everything that everyone does 🥰 Update june 17, took my sisters dog because he got out plus into a fight and had his jaw split in half and other fractures. Came in as a walk in and was seen the same day. 2nd day he was out and fixed up. Now the challenging part is tlc with him and feeding him. I don’t mind caring for the babies
The doctors are wonderful and very professional and helpful. I have been a customer for 20 years. They have all been awesome.
Dr. Alexander is the best. Can't wait till we can actually go back to in person visits!!!
