Larry is super knowledgeable, yet puts everything into simple, understandable terms for a blue-collar guy like me. Also very down to earth and personable. He was very responsive, every time. I think there were only one or two times he didn't answer the phone when I called, but he answered immediately with a text promising a call back, which he never failed to follow up on. Couldn't ask for more, honestly.
