Larry is seriously the best. He answers emails almost immediately, including after hours! Our pre-approval through the closing process was super quick. I have known Larry for years, and have worked with him on several transactions. There are not many like him! We have worked with him on buying homes and refinancing and he treats us right every time.
Larry was quick to respond. However, there are not many lenders who can do a streamline FHA refi on a manufactured home on permanent foundation.
