This review is regarding my experience with Cooper Blanc who helped me determine if a new Honda vehicle would provide the best ingress/egress and seat height for my mobility-challenged husband who has dementia. Although Honda didn't manufacture a vehicle that solved our needs, Cooper could not have been more helpful and kind in helping me size up the passenger door opening sizes and passenger seat heights -- with absolutely no pressure to purchase. Two weekends ago I found a 2019 Jetta S 1. 4L at LM Honda of Boise online that fit my purchase criteria. I took the day off of work to shop the car. We have never dealt with Larry H Miller in the past. We were reviewing SUVs for purchase and saw an add for a Honda CRV and decided to check it. We had a budget and even used cars exceeded that amount. LHM's price for new was close to our budget. We met Salvador and he showed us the used cars and the showed us the new vehicle that was to be delivered. He was never "pushy" and answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase the new vehicle and ordered it. Thank you Salvador for your patience and knowledge.

Negotiated price over email and phone and completed transaction smoothly in dealership. I didn't particularly care for their extended warranty sales tactic which reminded me timeshare sale in Mexico, but overall it was good experience. Car delivery was excellent, sales person was very nice and friendly. Facility is great.
