Excellent service as always! Dirk keeps me updated throughout the process. Oil change, service, tires rotated and car washed and sanitized in under an hour! All this with remodeling going on, it's why we keep buying our vehicles from LMH! We'll done to staff and crew, especially Dirk Dunham!

Worth the drive from the East Vally ! It started with a call to LHM to inquire about a incoming Santa Cruz .I spoke with Rich Metcalf ,he told me when the expected delivery date was and explained everything about a deposit to hold vehicle and the rest of process. I put down $1000.00 over the phone and had a delivery date of the 23d of April .I called and spoke to Rich the morning of the 23d he let me know it was in transit and should be that day or maybe by the 25th.I was very happy know the shipping times nowadays .3 hrs la... read more

I took my car in on time for my third morning appointment at this dealership and this is the third time that they were hours behind. First time it was a few hours. Second time, they call and tell me that they didn’t get to it but will first thing in the morning. Third trip was this week. Appointment at 10:40. Oil change and tire rotation only- done at 2:45. They gave me a ride home and back, but I would rather they just let me know ahead of time so I can bring it in when they are ready to do the work. I am giving 3 stars ins... read more

I was in and out for my oil change in less than an hour today! The inside of the service area is under construction, so we were outside in a shaded area. Kirk was very helpful and found me an extension cord so I could plug in my laptop, and made sure I knew where the portable AC units were!
