"Dirk, our service rep, was efficient, friendly and..." Dirk, our service rep, was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Dirk scheduled an appointment for service in a reasonable timeframe. We were able to have our vehicle serviced for the 40k check-up, a gasket replaced and a recall item replaced in less that a couple hours. He explained the bumper to bumper maintenance check and we were in our way.
