Service is excellent and I never feel pressured to buy any unnecessary services. The staff are communicative and friendly. My only issue has been instances where my car may be needed overnight, as I live a considerable distance away, but that seems to be more of a volume to staff issue.

The service was great. They took care of the recalls for my vehicle and completed a full diagnosis of my vehicle. The technician was very friendly and made sure I was happy with my service.

Mellisa has always been outstanding with customer satisfaction. She has the unique ability to think fast and make decisions that are very accommodating to her customers. For example, I was there to drop off my vehicle the day before my service appointment and she said that I had come in at a good time and that they weren’t that busy. She was able to get my car serviced that day and made sure that my wait was short and comfortable. Mellisa has always been very professional and courteous.

Our air was going out in our car so we took it to the service center at the Hyundai dealership. They diagnosed the problem that same day and ordered the parts with in 5 days and had the car fixed the same day we brought it back.
Wonderful experience! Bought a new Santa Fe and Julian was such a great help. Julian is truly a gem!!!
Dustin is the best service advisor. I never have to stress my service appointments. I wish it was easier to get an appointment, but that’s going to happen when so many people love this company.
