Talking about you, Tyler, especially when you set the drive mode to 'sport' on the freeway. The other client advisor, Patrick-in-training, was good company while Tyler ran around keeping the process rolling. Renee in finance (I'm sure there is only one Renee with 11 cats employed there) was very gracious and welcoming. We got through the numbers very efficiently with no arm-wrestling involved.

"Austin was truly the only rep for any of the several..." Austin was truly the only rep for any of the several dealerships that listened to us when we arrived. I was not prepared to purchase a Hyundai but due to a recommendation from my wife I decided to take a look at the Kona. I was impressed and because Austin had honored our request, we returned the next day and purchased a 2021 Kona.
