Great car buying experience. No pressure and personnel were very polite and knowledgeable of the vehicles we were looking at and driving.
I had to leave my car for 48 hours just for a diagnostic check, with no transportation options. I did not hear from them until about 45 minutes from the full 48 hours. The service writer and technician could not duplicate the issue. I ran down right away and had the Service writer ride with me and we heard it then. We thought we got to the bottom of the issue but it is still there. Everyone was nice and helpful but I still have the issue I dropped the car for, that's the reason for 4 stars.

Edgar Garay was my Genesis salesman and he is just terrific! Super nice fellow, competent, and very knowledgeable. I came back a week later to get his advice about using the navigation feature and he got me back on track in no time! I really enjoy my G70!
